These two were in a recent lot I got from Japan.

Pretty modern, any ideas?

The Targetmaster is from the Power Core Combiners line he is Pinpoint who was partnered with Leadfoot

Orange and black cat looks like timelines Catgut. Came with TFCC Treadshot.
