PC seems to be one of the more popular online sites for OTCA members but looking at their "new items" thread, this seems to be cluttered with general questions about release dates and shipping queries so thought this could be a good place to ask these types of general questions. Now no guarantee that PC will drop by to answer them as the best way to ask them is still directly via their CS email or FB but OTCA members with more knowledge about these item queries can assist here.
I have found Twitter to be the best place to contact them, and you get a reasonably quick response. I have also contacted them via email, it was a little slower but my issue was sorted out.Quote:

This exactly which is why this thread is for the general questions which seem to be prevalent in the "new items" thread. Pretty much all these questions are answered by helpful members so kinda like a FAQ of sorts for questions which do not belong in a thread where people are looking for info on new items to order. :)Quote:
