RID character masks at McDonalds in Hong Kong

McDonald's has a new set of RID masks on sale here in Hong Kong.
The first came out last Thursday - Grimlock.
Have these come out before in other places?

My daughter was delighted to see Strongarm gets some representation this time around. :)

A pity they are doing more novelty and gimmick stuff now than playable, convertible character toys.
