Note cashrewards have new terms for ebay as well. Don't leave things in wishlist or watchlist or whatever cart and expect they will reward you.
I think there is a 24hrs timeline when added to cart or wishlist.
Suggest anyone to start afresh when adding to cart.
Another note, Buying US items stick to one currency.
Bought nothing TF for me, but definitely best use add to cart and add discount code to see if valid.
