a more G1 combiner wars Trailbreaker

I was in the middle of two projects when I got sidetracked by this.

I added the rear canopy from a DOTM Crankcase to a CW Trailbreaker. I had to even out the back of Trailbreaker's cabin, and trim the rear canopy a bit, but other than that it was pretty straightforward.
