Anyone in Melbourne paint and mod TFs?

I am really keen on having a MP-21 Bumble repainted to a closer yellow from the G1 'toon and his head replaced to a closer look (maybe the Titans return Legends one?) but would prefer to find someone that has had experience making this work, anyone in Melbourne able to offer the service?

I might be unrealistic as I did see someone that paints miniatures in Melbourne but the pricing looked a bit out of my bracket.

EDIT: Okay maybe not the Titans return one as the size difference is more than I thought.... Anyone know of where a replacement head that looks G1 could be sourced from?
