Oldish news but Hot Wheels has made G1 Bumblebee and Optimus Prime in their 1:64 range.
Bumblebee has an ETA of July in the US according to TFW2005.
And OP is being listed in Australia now e.g. Popcultcha at $14.99 for Dec release.

And it seems Bumblebee is pretty darn rare, apparently the same rareness as those Treasure Hunt one (1/72) from what I was reading not long ago (one per case).
I don't collect HW, so are those guys more blood thirsty than us, :p?
There’s been sightings of Bumblebee here (seen on Facebook). I had a quick look at Big W today but wasn’t going to go through a full whole middle of the aisle bin full of them.
I looked at Mandurah, Warnbro and Kwinana and cant see the Bee anywhere and yes that wave is in at all three stores.
Went past Kmart Lakelands tonight and there was a rollcage with five boxes of Hot Wheels cars. I thought "why the heck not" and had a quick look because all the boxes were open. I found that they had both sides opened and not one Bumblebee was in those five boxes.
