As a significant retool of Warrior Class Elita-1, Deluxe Class Elita-1 is better in terms of:
+ Looks. There are more paint ops on this toy with 3 shades of pink. Looks way nicer than the Warrior.
+ No gun transforming hand gimmick. I always disliked this gimmick on the Warrior Class figure. Glad to see it gone.
+ Head articulation. It's a simple swivel joint, but a big improvement over the Warrior which has zero head movement.

Unfortunately, this toy has inherited some of the Warrior Class' flaws, including:
+ No waist articulation.
+ Weird shoulder and lower leg articulation

Given that this toy is slightly dearer than the Warrior but only slightly better, I would say it's only worth buying if you don't already have the Warrior Class toy. Because if you already do, the Deluxe isn't going to give you much more bang for your buck.
