bringing Jetfire back to life

inspired by the info about the peroxiding transformers i thought i might attempt to fix my jetfire which has really yellowed lately. initial results are promising will post more pics when i am happy with the results and we get some more sunny days.

I am trying it with Dogfight in the original thread. Good luck to you!

the feel and look of the plastic does Not change one little bit you would never know anything was down to it:cool:

Thats a massive change, I'm really surprised that it has fixed it up that much!

But as others have suggested, only time will tell if the chemical makeup of the plastic has been deteriorated to breaking point.

does it smell bad
