A lot of interesting stuff revealed there. And Derrick talks about Animated as if it isn't intended to end at Season 3 (it was only ever fan rumours). Just like with Season 3, they probably have ideas for Season 4, but are just waiting for the green light to start working on it.
- No alt modes to be seen for Wheeljack and Perceptor in season 3.
- Botanica should be in season 4, if it goes ahead.
- Heavy Load and Springer busts were in Prowl's dojo, as part of the idea to represent all eras of TFs in that scene.
- 'certain parties' wanted to see less of Sari in season 3... :)
- The stolen protoforms have already been revealed in season 2, but who would have guessed it if allspark fragments can bring to life any inanimate object.

While on the subject, according to one of Derrick's pages somewhere, he's apparently stated that we won't be seeing any more of Waspinator (this season). There's only 4 stories left, and I guess there's just no room for further development of that character.
The one odd thing about Animated is just how fractured and scattered the Decepticon element is in this series. Never before have we had so many stand-alone Decepticons all requiring their own episodes because they just aren't one unified force. Blackarachnia, Soundwave, Lockdown, Starscream's clones, Constructicons, Swindle, Megatron himself out in the galaxy somewhere... I think if they ever became a united force, the Autobots would be in even more trouble than they currently are in.
