Who Is The Red Hulk?

anyone????? this is really starting to hurt my mind :confused:

Issue fifteen of 'Hulk' pretty much said he could be the Silver Surfer, which I highly doubt!

I spoke to one of my Marvel buddies who says Red Hulk isn't Silver Surfer, but they did once do battle.
