Who the heck is Wreckloose?

Okay, looks like a new batch of RPMs are on their way (and why not, with each $3 (Hot Wheels price) car costing us $10 in stores, making Hasbro a mint...). The first set had 16 single packs and 8 double packs, and they are all already known (and probably all already released).
The first figure of the 2nd series to be revealed is an odd one, because it isn't even a movie character or toy. Wreckloose is a redeco of the Sideways car.

No word on when this, and the rest of the 2nd series will be released.
(I was hoping for some Gen1 cars, or Gen1-coloured Movie cars at the very least)
