Unicron has appeared in the latest Hyper Hobby Magazine including a comparison shot of the new / old head mold.

That is quite a difference in the head sculpt. Glad I ordered one, though my wallet feels it :(

Would love to have ordered it but way to expensive for my tastes. Why don't toy companies wise up and mass release the figures all pers have been waiting for?? stupid limited releases grumble mumble

Yeah I was also thinking the same - Although this new head is indeed more true to the G1 character model, it looks less menacing than the Armada one, possibly due to the round forehead.Quote:

For MISB collectors, I hope the front of the box opens up to display the toy inside like TFC book reissues do.
That Unicron is BEAUTIFUL in robot mode. Its exactly how I imaginged a G1 accurate unicron would look like! The problem is that it'll be fricking expensive and its only a re-rool. I already own the Armade unicron and I can't justify having two. I would love to see what the packaging is going to look like.
