I was so frustrated that it wouldn't ship to Australia that I actually went through check out with my Australian address and selected CA 90210. I called them up and cancelled it. So close yet so far.

It's disgusting how many TRU MP Soundwaves cropped up on ebay last night within an hour of TRU selling out. Most priced at $270+. Obviously TRU ships in 1 to 2 business days and they can say 'ships within 10 days' so they are covered. Sods!Quote:

Who knows maybe the scalpers are TRU employees themselves.
If there is strong demand and I am sure there will be with limited supply as of now prices will go up.
Putting this TRU Soundwave and sdcc metroplex to perspective if someone gonna spend $300 including shipping, better off with a huge tf? Ha ha

Apparently SW will be hitting Canadian TRU's soon. Already checked and they only ship domestically. However if you have a Canadian mate you might be in with a chance. I've got one but he's only ever been a remote FB friend so not holding out much hope myself.

I'd suggest it's because it's definitely going to be available here and being how they've previously been stung on MP Ghost Starscream TRU is probably shy of being stuck with 50% of their stock of an expensive item not selling. as such they are not selling internationally, avoiding undercutting their international counterparts.

people that are spending upwards of $300 for MP soundwave on eBay today have more money than sense and don't deserve to keep their money. There will be store release of these in the states, and also here in Australia (as far as anyone knows) there is quite a mania going on about this at the moment. :rolleyes:

Just got an email from a friend in the ol US of A. She went to a TRU for me to find SW, couldn't find him and asked the lady to get one for her. The TRU lady tried but according to her computer the warehouses are empty of the product in question.
