Only 2x Hot Rod left now at Garden City Kmart. Don't bother with Hyperdome, the only noticeable thing at Kmart were 2x Netflix Elita-1 and 1x Netflix Bumblebee. Big W had 2x Siege Ratbat/Rumble Micromaster for $10.

Was checking Kmarts website for where Soundwaves are available, and it's been removed from the site. You can find the link but takes you to a product no longer available.
Kmart website said the Hyperdome store should have had some Studio Series in both sizes, but not a single thing (not even the older ones). I was surprised to see several Netflix Deluxe... as well as the second last wave of Cyberverse Scouts, which included the grey Bumblebee toy that I wanted, that wasn't showing up anywhere around me.
All of those Reissue Optimus toys that I saw there a few weeks ago, are all gone.

Studio series restock showed up at aspley, stafford, toowong.... but they're not the new ones... (ie not blurr, kup, hot rod).
Edit: Only place Ive seen new stuff is chermside, where my wife checked too early, and i came too late (got hot rod but no scourges), then todaythere was kup and 2 blurr but not jazz. So I missed the only 2 I wanted.
Kmart Elanora had Studio Series Scourge and 2x Rodimus Prine. I took a scourge and left Rodimus. No sign of Grimlock or g1 Soundeave. Only Wave 1 Netflix Voyager
Found my Laserbeak/Frenzy.
Kmart Redbank has 4 Ravage/Rumbles and a Gears.
Toyworld Carindale yesterday afternoon...
They had a Gigawatt toy... a single one... which I bought, so none left.
They had two of the sets of the Jada Nano Hollywood Rides micro-sized diecast Transformers vehicles, for $16 each. The movie ones were at Target some time ago, and I think someone found the Gen1 set at BigW recently... but both of those sources would be cheaper.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2020tw16.jpg
Not really anything else to note, except for the Cyberverse Sharkticon pack and a fair few discounted older items... and a 2-pack diecast set for a hefty $25.

Several Licensed cars by the same company that did the micro ones, for $60 each.

They had a lot of licensed diecast vehicles, including this one... what Gen1 Bumblebee would look like if a bunch of hippie vandals got to him. :p

Was out hunting all morning, lots of wave 2 wfc deluxes north of brisbane, as well as places restocking netflix wave 2 deluxes, and netflix Optimus and Soundwave showed up this morning in Mt Omaney, Arana Hills, Morayfield, picked up a Scourge at Morayfield.
edit: jazz found
Hopefully find some on Tuesday morning when I go to Garden City. Unfortunately doubt I'll be near one before then.
Kmart Helensvale 3x Netflix Wave 2 Optimus Prime Voyager. Some sneaky little sprite had hidden 1 last Soundwave behind some other stock on a bottom shelf. Finally Soundwave is mine!
Also one G1 Optimus Prime without anything security tags.
Some Earthrise Delxues too - I saw 2x Arcee.
Someone on TCCA posted that Sunnybank Hills/Calamvale has Netflix W2 Voyagers. That's so close to me but so out the way to my usual route.
x2 Netflix Optimus in Kmart Toowong
When I got mine, there was another 2 Netflix Soundwaves and 3 Optimus' at Redbank Kmart.
Tested my luck with a click and collect order of 4 Netflix Voyagers at Garden City since it said they had stock available for it. Just got the email that none could be found and all 4 refunded so that was a fail.
Kmart The Pines
G1 legion class: 1x Gear, 3x Bumblebee, 2x Swerve (I bought the only Warpath)
Studio Series 86 voyager: 2x Hot Rod

I did that last week for 3, metro delivery, then the next day the restock of old SS figures sgarted happening at places like stafford, kippa ring. I was dreading getting some bayformers delivered and having to return them, but they too cancelled the whole order.
Aspley got netflix op/soundwave last night but it's pretty bare otherwise.
Went to Garden City anyway to check and hit the mother lode. At least 20 Netflix Voyagers plus they had restocked some Netflix Deluxes. Managed to put a Soundwave and Prime on layby. No sign of SS86 though.
Attachment 6398Attachment 6399
Kmart Chermside has 5x G1 Optimus Prime available, but they aren?t being kept on shelf due to theft risk so need to specifically ask for it
Attachment 6400
Kmart Hyperdome has 9x Netflix Optimus and 8x Netflix Soundwave. There are no SS86 figures.
Also the Zing there has one Netflix Nemesis Prime spoiler pack $129.
Zing Garden City also has one Nemesis Prime. Myer had a few Wave 2 ER Deluxes minus Smokescreen.
Sunnybank Kmart... not yet with the Netflix Voyagers, but since they have shown up at every other store near it, they probably will soon.
They did have a new batch of the Netflix Deluxe, which also appear to be showing up at stores again... which is annoying for those of us who ran around desperately looking for them in October, because it was only supposed to be a one-off release here... unlike the new Studio Series 86 toys that are yet to get their full release.
The unusual thing though is that of the 11 Netflix Deluxe toys, there were no Red Alerts, but still 2 Bumblebees sitting there. If the store is getting full cases, they must have had 2 cases, which is 4 each.... with Red Alert and Wheeljack being the shelfwarmers the first time around, I find it odd that all 4 Red Alerts would have been bought first this time (unless this is a revision case, and it doesn't have Red Alert in it).
Still the lone reissue Soundwave, but still no other reissues.
(and typical... after finally finding the elusive Cyberverse scout grey Bumblebee, it now shows up at my nearest Kmart)

BigW do that all the time with their higher priced collector-focussed items at their June toy sales... and they are either at the customer service/layby desk, or at the Tech counter, and you always have to ask where to find them.
Since Optimus and Soundwave are "higher" priced 1980s collector reissues, they are aimed at the people who would know how to look for them, through the kmart website and through fansites and facebook. And it guarantees that the store has stock if the website says so, unlike the stock put out onto the shelves that is stolen, or dumped somewhere else in the store and lost for a few weeks. (and it is so much easier for people to steal from kmart now, after they all got rid of the customer service desks and registers from the front of the stores - as I've never had my kmart receipt checked against the items in my bags, just as long as there is a big Kmart logo on the receipt... and they don't check the day or time on the receipt, which could allow people to go in with a recent receipt and walk out with the same items all over again)
I would also prefer this kept-off-the-shelf option for preventing damage or theft, as the store isn't damaging the boxes with security string or stickers (which are really tough to get off), and the boxes aren't being damaged by kids being rough with items that are intended to be displayed in or with the packaging.
And if they don't sell after a while, I'm sure they will put them out somewhere more visible, but I doubt that they would still be unsold in a few weeks time, as collectors whom these are aimed at, know how to find them and will buy them soon enough (the Loganholme kmart had 12, and they were all gone in 3 weeks).
KMart Chermside had 3 Netflix Soundwave after I took one. Was only after that so I didn't really look for anything else, sorry guys. I remember seeing at least one Netflix OP as well.
No worries. Surprised they haven't gone that quickly. Turns out a mate of mine got me a Prime for Christmas, so there will be a rogue Optimus Prime out there when I finish paying my layby and return it immediately haha.
Had a quick look in KMart Morayfield when I was down there yesterday. They had Optimus Prime but no Soundwave, which at least indicated they have the W2 Voyagers around. I haven't checked Sunshine Plaza (pointless as their stocking is so bad) or Caloundra yet.
No, the stores weren't open today... these are from yesterday afternoon, but I didn't get to post them before going to sleep last night.
Redbank Plains (Kmart, BigW and Toyworld)
Kmart - now this is a normal christmas... the shelves stripped almost bare, with pegs empty and very little stock left to choose from. Which should make it a great store for new stock in the next week, as they should see restocking of most sizes.
Probably the only thing there to note is several Netflix Deluxes, including Red Alert (which I didn't see at other locations recently).
http://toycollectors.com.au/2020kma4.jpg
BigW - A couple of Earthrise Snapdragons was probably the most interesting/new thing still there.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2020bw31.jpg
Mr Toys (Toyworld) - Several My Little Pony Primes for $30.
Also, the first I've seen of Rescue Bots Mega Mighties Chase (wave 3) and Heatwave (wave 2) for a really low price of $13 (compared to about $20 at other stores). Since it looks like we skipped the actual wave 2 assortment, we might have missed Optimus.

Unfortunately, Toyworld didn't get the same level of cleaning out of Transformers that Kmart and BigW have seen... which is a shame, but explains why they are still sitting on toy stock from 2014 (the 4th Movie and TFPrime).
Made the effort to go out to Redbank last week. Reminds me of Carindale a few years back. No hordes of collectors stripping the place so you get an extra week or so.
Did the loop at Springfield Orion this morning. Big W, Target, Toy World, Kids Stuff, Reject Shop. Basically pre Christmas stuff at pre Christmas prices. Was half hoping Earthrise wave 3 would make a showing at Big W but no luck. I guess we will have to wait till January.
Checked out the BigW in Warwick today.... and was hoping that they would be well stocked with the new toys, as the state distribution warehouse for BigW is in Warwick.
But, no luck. No new Earthrise or Studio Series. I was there fairly early today, and there wasn't a huge crowd, so it looks like they just haven't restocked since Christmas (probably not surprising, as the moment they closed at 6pm on December 24th, there wouldn't have been anyone in the store until this morning on the 26th... and there wouldn't have been a delivery on the way waiting out the back, because the warehouse is just 20 minutes away).

The Target Country store across the road, had a sign up saying that they were closing next month. Target Country stores are only small, and sometimes don't even have a toy section, so I was surprised to see a decent sized one in there... and I think it will be missed by the locals, who now only have BigW dominating their retail sector (and their only real source of toys, as the Toyworld in Warwick had closed recently as well).

Yesterday, the Warwick BigW managed to restock.... old Bee Movie & Siege stock. :(
I was really hoping that they would have had all new stock in, since they are in the same town as the state's warehouse.

Redbank Plains was just as disappointing, as it looked like the BigW and Kmart stores didn't have anything new arrive in the last two days since christmas.
The toy aisle in Kmart that had Transformers was still almost completely bare, but they still had a few of the Deluxe Netflix toys - just Wheeljack, Red Alert and Elita-1.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2020kma5.jpg
BigW still had 3 Jada Optimus trucks, which I didn't notice last time.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2020bw35.jpg
Meanwhile, at the Coles store, all of those pre-christmas Transformers toys that they got in (Botbots singles, Cyberverse Scouts, Cyberverse 1-steps), are all half price now.

There was 1 SS86 Hot Rod at Big W Chermside today
Grabbed it, ran it up to self service counter and... "item not found".
Called the attendant over, who then got someone from Toys. It was pretty funny, I could see them both searching on their computer for the item. They actually GOOGLED the item and were looking on Google Image Search.
Eventually, the Toy department guy found a picture of a Studio Series deluxe WWII Hot Rod and decided that looked close enough and found that on the Big W database.
So I only paid $29 for the SS86 Hot Rod.
Good times.
Oh so it might potentially still work. Hoping I can find some in Garden City and save some money. Ah well, if not.
Kmart Garden City has been stripped bare. Not much of any toy really but the only Transformer that I can see is an Elita-1.
Big W only has Siege and Cyberverse so no cheap SS86 for me it seems
Target has nothing but Cyberverse atm
Myer has 1 Airwave and Cyberverse plus an Arcee randomly in Lego section
The Sunnybank Kmart was still pretty bare too today. Probably a couple of Netflix deluxe, and all but Smokescreen of the 2nd wave of Earthrise Deluxes.
Found SS86 Hot Rod and Scourge at Booval and Springfield Big W today. Pricing error is still in force.
Finally got a SS86 hot rod at big w Springfield $29. There were 3 left. Also found 1x SS Overload and 2x SS scavenger. But was surprised to find 2 (now 1) SS56 leader shockwave.
Update- Big w garden has boxes of scourge and hot rod about to be put out. (2 hot rods and 1 scourge per case). Still not in the system and unfortunately not sellable yet. I tried and was asked to try again next week.
Toymate Robina ended their ?sale? early the bastards. All Earthrise full price .
Robina Zing has the 1000 piece jigsaw from jbhifi too for thirty. Two of them on a high shelf near starscteam
Big w pacific fair has heaps of SS86 series Kup, jazz and blurr. No scourge and only two hot rod.
