Overall I really enjoyed Wonder Woman. The only part I was fussed on was the ending. It felt kinda cheesy to me and the special effects with the lightning looked kinda dated to me.

Went to see Wonder Woman a second time. A well made movie indeed.
Finally rented & watched The Great Wall.
Positives:
+ Visually stunning, especially in the vibrancy of colours (Zack Snyder could learn from this).
+ The "white saviour" role thing wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be.
Negatives:
- Story ranges between being average to absurd.
- Visual effects and action scenes are underwhelming.
Overall: "Meh."
The visual effects had me thinking "Seen it all before." But one thing I'd never seen before was the impressive battle involving the two towers at the end.Quote:
