I'd try to avoid yellowing of any kind if possible, but from what I have seen, A$200 is the going rate for what you're looking at. Cerebros and Spike go for USD 150+ each and the ramps are also quite expensive. Don't worry too much about not getting Cerebros right away. He's quite commonly available by himself.
