New question: what are my chances with customs if I imported a G1 Megatron into the country from overseas, if it were either partially disassembled or simply transformed into robot mode? Are there significantly large pieces on the toy which still resemble the Walther P38 in either mode enough to alert customs to something suspicious?
From what I understand, they're pretty switched on to Megatron even if in robot mode. Disassambly's an option, but most likely you'd still have what looked like gun parts which might even draw more scrutiny.Quote:

The other aspect of this - if customs Do nab Megatron, you have no avenue through which to get it back, other than to go through the entire process of getting a full Firearms licence. It's also possible that they decide to make an example of you for trying to beat the system... and prosecute.
