They also had shattered glass Jet fire (he is BIG) for about $174 and shattered glass blaster (didn't get the price) and legacy motor master at the counter for $174.

I think JB have gone a bit too far with Transformers... which could leave them with a glut of product that doesn't move too quickly, preventing them from taking on new product soon.
Each JB now has more Transformers toys than pretty much every Target store I have been to or seen in photos, and now even more than most Kmarts as well... and it is all Collector lines. Us dedicated collectors will indeed benefit from a one-stop source of collector lines, but many of us will still be ordering online from foreign sources, or sites that list pre-orders first (JB did start out listing pre-orders, but now seem to be just having the stock show up without warning). There just aren't enough dedicated collectors to these toys to support the minimum amount of units that this retailer needs to take on, and it is just not the sort of retailer the general public would think of for toys for JB to make up the difference in sales to keep clearing the shelves in a timely manner.
And the knock-on affect of JB taking on so many Transformers toys (along with the other "fan outlets" like EB and Amazon) is that the regular retailers are noticeably slower with their turnover of non-exclusive items. We are now at wave 3 of Legacy (today at EB), and yet retailers are still sitting on wave 1, and they didn't get in a big surge of wave 1 stock like with Movie toylines.
Yesterday at Garden City.
BigW - found the newest four Vintage Beast Wars (Tigatron, Retrax, Cybershark, Terrorsaur), along with the new Classic Heroes Team (Megatron tank, Megatron alligator).
They also had a LOT of the Cyberverse Roll-n-Change toys from 2021, at $95, which is a price increase for BigW for those, as they originally had them for $89 a year ago.

And at JB Hifi - they had two of the Movie Masterpiece toys (Ironhide and Blackout) along with Shattered Glass Jetfire. They might have had Legacy Metroplex somewhere in the store, but I didn't have time to go wandering around to look for other items.

I went up to toowoomba yesterday an found a store called Jolly What in the grand central shopping centre. They also have an online website. Anyway, i found these two Optimus Prime MU models, along with a whole bunch of other various bumblebees, starscream, jazz, wheel jacks, Megatron, soundwave, Tarn etc.
They're a metal model you push out of sheet metal and bend together.
The instructions suggest the G1 style Optimus will take about 22hr to 'transform' from sheet metal parts into the model.

Kmart Sunnybank has some Velocitron deluxes - Road Rage, Blurr x2, Burn Out x2 & Cosmos. They aren’t in the toy section though - they are sitting on a shelf above some onesies for babies. You’ll spot them easier if you are walking back out away from the toy section than on the way in. $35 each.
Saw the Authentics Soundwave (LGE) at a Mt Gravatt Coles tonight...
Soundwave
Mr Toys Toyworld at Macgregor has a bunch of Select Legacy Cyclonus for $79.99. I have not visited Mr Toys for ages, so maybe these have already been sighted.
That is really unusual. I don't think Toyworld/Mr Toys has ever had GEN Selects before.
I remember they had a brief dabbling into exclusives with some of the Golden Lagoon figures a few years back, but I can't recall anything too unique or limited since then.
It makes me wonder if they are joining the "fan channel" retailers for future exclusives like JB and EB have been getting, or if this was just a one-off of excess stock that EB and Amazon no longer wanted. (sometimes, very rarely, a small amount of unplanned extra units comes into the country in a planned shipment, and they get handed off to whomever wants them, or whomever already sells them).
Carindale Kmart
Velocitron G2 Shadowstrip and Crasher, at least one of each.
Yesterday at Garden City.
Kmart - wave 2 Velocitron Deluxe were there, but after a call to a friend, there was only a single Shadowstrip left. There was also still two Scourges there (I bought one, because I was really beginning to doubt EBGames was going to get it, so grabbed one while I still could, and then went to EB to cancel my pre-order).
There was also a new Rescue Bots Academy toy - Bumblebee as a redeco of the 2020 Hotshot race car toy. The odd thing is that it has a really new product number on the packaging, which means that Hasbro is still releasing these toys in Rescue Bots packaging, alongside their Classic Heroes Team packaging (which I had thought was replacing the Rescue Bots packaging for this size class).

Target - had the Cyberverse packaged Movie Optimus, along with one remaining Legacy Beast (Buzzsaw), but they had the latest wave of Classic Heroes Team (Megatron and Megatron) along with two of last year's Headmaster Hardheads.

JB Hifi - Not sure if they had anything new since my last photos of this store, but I did more wandering around this time and found more toys in other parts of the store (which most of their stores seem to do, so always have a walk around if you are looking for something in particular).
I was there to pre-order the Hero 2-pack and Shattered Glass Soundwave. The person taking my order said that it didn't make sense that they couldn't ship these two items to a store to collect, and sent a note to Head Office to see if it is just an error that needs fixing.

Garden City Big W had Wave 2 Legacy Deluxes (1x Knockout, 1x Tarantulas, 2x Elita-1) $39 and the new wave of SS Deluxes (3x SS86 Arcee and 2x ROTF Sideways) $29.

Kmart Stafford had Wave 2 Legacy Deluxes!. They had a full slab minus 1 Wildrider as of midday yesterday. They also had a full assortment of Wave 2 Velocitron Deluxes.
I saw at EB Games in the Brisbane CBD yesterday that Studio Series Hot Rod, Crosshairs and Gen Selects Breaker were available. They keep them in a glass case at the back you'd have to ask staff to open for you.
Legacy wave 2 deluxes at Big W Garden City. Hadn’t seen Wildrider riding in the wild before today. Two minus one for me equals one left. At least one of each of his wave mates were there too and an SS86 Arcee.
EB/Zing Albert Street
1x SG Soundwave - $138
Found Netflix Optimus Primal/Rattrap and Sparkless Seeker in K-Mart Cairns Central for $15.
On Saturday at Logan Hyperdome...
Kmart - wave 2 Deluxe Velocitron, and a stolen SS Bumblebee toy. :(

And Toymate - a very large selection at the moment, but a lot of old items. They did have the Legacy Metroplex and Motormaster, but are swimming in a lot of wave 1 Deluxe and Voyager, so I doubt they will be restocking any time soon. (Legacy Evolution will probably be released before they need to restock, so I wouldn't be surprised if they end up missing wave 2 and 3 of Legacy)
They also had one of those large Jada remote controlled transforming Optimus figures (the poor-man's alternative to the Robosen Optimus).

JB HI FI in Queensland are starting to get A Hero Is Born 2 pack. Check their website for store stock. But it’s showing up in south east Queensland stores this morning.
JB HI FI Pacific Fair - still has one Hero Is Born and at least five 86 Ironhides.
Zing Pacific Fair - has Legacy Inferno and Skullgrin they’re up in the glass shelves in the middle. And they are behind other figures you’ve got to look under and up through the shelf.
According to the website JBHifi yesterday, the Garden City store appears to only have the SG Soundwave so far, but still waiting for the Hero 2-pack... as I ordered both sets at the same time, and the store hasn't contacted me yet.
Meanwhile, yesterday at Kmart Sunnybank - nothing exciting, but they had one Velocitron Darkstrip and the "Rescue Bots" Jet Prime, which was originally appeared to be an exclusive to BigW last year, but then showed up somewhere else earlier this year. The price was really cheap ($39), so Kmart might have just been getting them as unwanted stock.
Their price for the electronic Hotshot (fire-truck) was also showing as really cheap (just $19!!!), so they must be trying to get rid of them as well.
And over in the diecast vehicles, they appear to have a new assortment of small Jada vehicles, as there was Gen1 Optimus with some new vehicles (priced at $15).

JB Hifi will price match Kmart on their Studio Series Voyagers, so $45. Better than $55.
$138 for SG Soundwave? Surely no one will pay that, what a joke!
EB/Zing Albert Street CBD has 2 Studio Series 86 Ironhide $58.
Also saw Skullgrin, A hero is born pack, shattered glass Soundwave etc. May of been more new stuff but they were all pretty bunched up in the display.
Also Target in the Myer centre has a couple of cliffs and kups from Buzzworthy series.
In amongst a smattering of TFSource at Ipswich TK Max I saw (and bought) the only kingdom Autobot ark for $199.99.
BigW Garden City on Monday - had 3 Micro Machines Movie Bumblebee sets, and HAD one Optimus set. I bought one of each, so there may not be anymore Optimus sets there. (and it was 2 days before the sale that would have knocked off $7)
I saw armada starscream, dragon Megatron and skullgrin at one of the city jb Gigi’s. The one next to big w
I just picked up the only Point Blank from Kmart Sunnybank plaza. They also had a Crankcase & a bunch of wave 2 Velocitron deluxes.
