December Acquisitions

Just picked up ROTF Dirge from Kmart Parramatta ;)

Has anyone made any sightings of ROTF Bludgeon or ROTF Mindwipe yet?

Got myself some Brakedown luvin last night but his front windsheild has some weird bubble/warped effect going on in one small area. Curse you Hasbro, he looked so good from the front! :(

Question - a lot of people seem to be buying Breakdown; is this because he's an awesome toy or just because we're all suffering from a Transformers dry-spell?

he is awesome, and if you shorten his arms via his transformation process he'll fit in to the classics fairly well.

It's 'Brakedown' and as Guts said he's awesome! I'm really impressed with the ROTF scouts what with Ransack, Ejector and now Brakedown...And to think there's still Skystalker to come! Good times indeed. :D

They're not out at retail in Oz yet... I'm waiting for Bludgeon too

Oops! I thought it was spelt the same as his G1 namesake 'Breakdown' :o

I think we all wish it was Breakdown, but alas, it is indeed Brakedown. :/ I sure hope that Hasbro has a good reason for doing this (e.g.: having lost the rights to the name "Breakdown"). One would dread to think that Hasbro would bastardise the Breakdown name for no good reason.

Oh, last Thursday I gots myself a pair of Megatron shorts from Jayjays. The price is down to $30 which is better than before, but still a bit pricey (I'd like to see it drop down to $20)

I looked into this a bit more and it appears as though they don't have 'Breakdown' as a registered trademark anymore.

Brakedown however was registered in 2005.

The guy who wrote the fake Transformers 3 script did his homework.
