This week, they've put Scorponok and some micromasters out for delivery for me - it's been a long wait, but they're coming, and especially on a big Titan figure the cheaper price is worth it.
I wonder when they'd get the Autobot Alliance they have listed on their site in, if at all?
Oh yes, they're veeeeery slow. Mine is coming through 'Sendle', who are even slower than Australia Post. But that side of things is more on the delivery companies than TLTC. Australia Post has done that same shenanigans a few times this year with various packages from a whole bunch of different shops - not just talking toys, also talking home-wares, bedding, gaming, clothes etc - everywhere is affected, especially where it's a delivery service that picks up from the business directly.
Because Covid's only been around for most of a whole year. It would be really unfair of us to expect a major business to have figured out how to increase their output capacity by now.
Oh yes, well familiar with their speed. They have never failed to deliver, eventually. This is the first time they've given the package details to Australia Post a full three days before giving them the actual package though! I'm glad its coming and it should arrive on Monday or so, but it was still a little odd.
Scorponok finally arrived. Can't argue with the price and the slow delivery speed was always anticipated. The Little Toy Company deliver again.
I've ordered from them a few times in the past few months (all in stock items) and they've been brilliant. Everything in excellent condition, well packed and shipped quickly. The best priced domestic online collectible store I've found too.
Last order seemed to be stuck in a 'awaiting dropoff' status for over a week after ordered, as though it hadn't been handed off to the shipping company, when my prior orders all moved past that point after a day. Emailed them and was told all good it's just busy time for deliveries - by coincidence (I'll give benefit of the doubt) the status changed within a couple hours of that response, and then the subsequent shipping was even faster than usual thereafter.
I ordered Studio Series Roadbuster last week. Australia Post got the shipping information within a day, they got the package a day after that, and I got it three business days after that, so I'm pretty happy with the service for this order.
Ive used TLTC numerous times and have not hit any troubles with them yet.. I would recommend them.
I had Wave 3 Earthrise Deluxes show up the other week.
As always with TLTC, it's a long wait but good prices and they haven't let me down yet - their new pre-order system is a little annoying but it seems to avoid the issues they had in the past so I understand.
Yep. Blocked on eBay as well, I found, just because I opened a PayPal case on him at TLTC over missed timelines.
Hi guys, am i doom now? I doubt i cant even get refunded as i preorder the scorponok and couple other micro master and allicon since June 2020. And now i still have yet to get any confirmation about them on the status of my order. I have been shooting them email every once in a while but lately its been 3 emails and they did not reply me back for months. AM i being scammed by them? is there anyone here actually knew them could help me out ?
I had a box arrive couple of weeks ago, i believe it was a month late. But better late than never.I thought the items were coming in around the same time, but one item must of been delayed. I have another delivery incoming on some preorders. I think its best to not order to much for one delivery, as you run the risk of even more delays. They might have improved on pre orders, it looks like they do several runs. They have better prices than others sellers, but Im hesitant to recommend doing big expensive multiple combined pre orders due to delays, cause it feels to risky.
I only order from 'em when I'm DESPERATE. They were pretty late sending out my Exhaust when they had it in stock, and took a loooooooong while before they got my Hubcap out after pre-ordering.
THey never reply my email.. i send them one email at February asking them i wish to separate the multi item in my order..they never reply. i send them another email middle of march same question never reply. i then send them last Wednesday still have yet gotten any reply from them.
THe list of item i am ordering was
Transformers Titans Return Legend Class Gnaw $16.99 3 $50.97
Transformers Earthrise War For Cybertron Deluxe Quintesson Allicon Action Figure Pre-Order $34.99 1 $34.99

Transformers Earthrise War For Cybertron Titan Scorponok Action Figure Pre-Order $249.99 1 $249.99
and i repeat i have preordered them since June 2020 . that is long time ago..
What my concern was due to being the order gonna hit 1 year soon, i am afraid they might have forgotten about it and sell the TF to others? 1 year is a long time
They have only been good for in stock items. I ordered POTP leader Optimus from them last year and he arrived fine.
Call PayPal or your card provider and see what they can do
Maybe try chasing them down on socials too. Not good enough to not be replying to customers, especially those that have had an order with you for so long.
i really hope they are not scamming me for money.
Did you even try to call them?
If you haven't ever done any support requests before, or if you explain that the ETAs kept sliding and you couldn't get a response from the seller, they may be inclined to assist you as a "one-time courtesy".
Either way, now that PayPal buyer protection is actually 180 days now.
They have links to their Twitter, Facebook page and Instagram on their website. Unfortunately some businesses will pay more attention to complaints that are made visible to other customers.
That being said, I've only ever had positive experiences ordering from TLTC (only ordered in-stock items), so I hope they can resolve this for you!
Keep in mind that despite not replying to you, if you do raise a PayPal claim against TLTC you may well be blacklisted by them for the inconvenience, and also on their eBay store if you've purchased on there previously.
In my experience, TLTC always ships what they sold you. It's just that it may take months to get shipped out. Which is why I never use them anymore.
Unsure if this allowed, but I have contact details for the little toy store.
I too have had zero contact and my account deleted and so on.
If anyone needs the details I'm happy to pass them on.
Could you send to me please. I'm still waiting on a gift I bought for my son and have heard nothing for weeks. Cheers in advance.
Hey mate could you send me his details. I brought a figure for my sons birthday which I have not received and it's been weeks since I heard anything from this bloke. Cheers in advance.
Hey guys, how long does it take for TLTC to ship stuff that they have in stock?
I've bought SG Prime and Ratchet VERY early today (like at around 4am) and considering TLTC has been pretty hit and miss I'm lowkey worried.
Cheers.
Wouldn't stress yet, they're usually pretty good with in stock stuff, maybe a couple days
Literally just got a parcel from TLTC delivered, shipped last week and yeah it was Cup Day Tuesday so I doubt they did anything at all, give it a few days
