That sucks dude. Get a refund, you're entitled to it, not allowed to sell ko on ebay.

Honestly? whilst it REALLY pisses me off and I REALLY want a Fracture figure, I just couldn't be f***** to chase a refund in this particular instance. :o
As you put it CBratron, it was only $13 but I'll tell you what - If it'd of been say $25? it'd be a different story ;)...

That was the 1st thing that clued me in to what the figure was... that and the re-taped bubble. :(
