Well after tonight's big retail binge all I can say is thank God for a robust economy, a very good previous financial year's trade and a hefty tax return.

While I was in the city for the Perth meet I picked up wave one of the Hellboy toys from The Empire (aaaand then had to haul them around all day >_<):

Liz, Johann, Big Red and Abe.

Nuada and Wink.
Wink is freaking huge compared to the others.
Harvey Norman had a sale on and i'd done the tax for one of the salesman for the last few years so I figured he owed me a favour.
Knocked nearly $100 off a new stereo for me he did.
gotsa get me a RON PEALMAN, damn Hellboy rocks.
And so Wall-E found his friends MO and Eve! (last Sunday 24/8)

Can't resist, just have a thing for robots! I just grabbed Electronic Wall-E from the Kmart sale last week to put on layby too.. :D
that Mo figure is cute. I might get myself one. Actually cleans too.
Haha kyle, check out my latest post! Now you've really gotta get them! :D Haven't tried Valkyrie Profile cause I'm still playing Untold Legends, but now you're tempting me to start!
MO is cute Stompy, but he doesn't really clean though. We have tried, but the brushes are pretty soft. Best to leave it as just a toy I guess. :p
You got the dancing Wall-E too Mel? Great figure, but he dances rather violently! :p
Got me some bookage:
Full Metal Alchemist 6-9
"Six Sacred Stones" by Matthew Reilly
"That'd be Right" by William McInnes
"One of a Kind, the Doug Walters Story"
Found these beauties at my local Vinnies.. a freakin dollar each..wait..there's more.. it's freakin 50 percent off :):):)

Ahahah, TDD that's awesome. That show was just way out there man.
Currently AU$63.61 from HLJ.com

Be warned tho that it is really fiddly and kinda small. To transform it you basically have to take it completely apart then reassemble it again. And while you do you get parts falling off which you then attach again, and while you do other parts drop off... and they're small. So having nimble fingers and a good eye for dropped parts helps.
Soundwarp, Breathe. :)

Thanks for selling them to me at a cheap price...
"Infinite Undiscovery" for Xbox 360. The texts in this game are so small on my old TV. Guess it's really meant for a HD screen, something I don't have the money for. :(
Just got two very heavy boxes absolutely jam-packed with Marvel Legends from Stencilator today! Currently don't have enough space to set them all up to take a pic. Hopefully by the end of the weekend.
Thanks Al! :) F#@^&ing stoked!!!
And here they all are in their glory. Out for a quick snap before being boxed away for the move. Theses guys wont be coming out again for another 6 months till I'm set up.
Each figure worked out to be $7.06 shipped. :)

I heard the movie is perhaps the best western animated film ever made. I've been to-ing and fro-ing on what figures to get out of the Wall-E line until I saw the Transforming Wall-E:
http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/k...-E-altmode.jpg
10cm x 10cm size. Rather large. Voyager size you might say.
http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/k...-robotmode.jpg
18cm tall in bot form. 3 buttons, to pop out head, arms and treads.
Will be picking up Transforming Eve tomorrow since they are pretty cheap $29 each (makes you realize how expensive TF figs are). And then Clean n Go M-O to complete my Wall-E set. I think those 3 are size accuate.
picked up all these SW keyrings from clearance! a couple of lightsabers had snapped off... but I don't mind :)

you can never have too many keyrings :D
Went to the Royal Adelaide show yesterday and got the TMNT Showbag, and a laminated TMNT poster, lol I'm such a child, also mum bought me Part 1 of the Astro Boy 1960's silver tin boxset, going to search for the second tin box set.
Wall-E toys are very tempting...
Mel, if you already have the Interactive Wall-E, it's the same size plus the whizbangery of lights and sound. Except it doesn't transform. It's cheapest at Big W at $28.88.
I got Transforming Eve and that was a huge dissapointment. The arms have very little articulation and besides the opening chest, minimal "conversion," 6 different eyes and its size. I would reccomend you stick to Interactive Eve, so at least your Electronic Wall-E has something to interact with besides you.
I did pick up deluxe M-O at Target's sale price. So cute. Much like you I love my robots too.
Are you serious that Interactive Wall-E is $28.88 at Big W!? I put it on layby on Kmart for $59.95 and Target having it on sale now for $49.95. are we talking about the same thing? The 28cm tall figure that talks when you press a button?! If yes, I sure am flying to Big W tonight! :P
Whoops. Bad grammar on my part. I was refferring to the Transforming Wall-E figures. The Interactive Electronic figures are $49 at Big W. I apologize for the confusion. Can't wait for the movie, the critics have been raving on about how good it is.
My new issue of Street Machine showed up today! Woot Woot! :D
http://i305.photobucket.com/albums/n...MachineSix.jpg
Heehee I figured that after I got to Big W and saw the transforming Wall-E and Eve for $28.88. Well I went to Target to get Interactive Wall-E instead for $49.95. Now I'm tempted to get Interactive Eve as well! Arrgggg so many things to buy, so little money. I want to get transforming Wall-E too as he looks really fun too. And yeah I can't wait for the movie to come out too...
Anyway some poser shots of Interactive Wall-E:
