Apart from the feet, it looks better than a Masterpiece.
there's nothing wrong with the feet tho

Ginrai video from Dengeki Hobby (with terrible audio lag and annoying overly-enthusiastic chick).
Interesting that he also gets a little Prime head underneath the mask (via Snakas):

That last photo of the new head clinches it. I must buy the Takara mold. The Titanmaster robot side isn't even painted on the Hasbro, and I feel cheated having bought it
I wouldn't trust Takara anymore either i'm afraid -- their stock photos of Galvatron's titan master was completely painted:

And yet their production version was not!:

Without seeing actual production versions, i'm definitely questioning whether I should continue buying Takara over Hasbro.
Agreed. The Orion Pax head makes no sense for Powermaster Optimus Prime anyway. Having the smaller Ginrai head underneath the Super Ginrai head is a nice nod to G1 Ginrai's regular and Super robot modes.
Eh, unless the TakaraTOMY version is significantly different enough for me to warrant skipping the Hasbro version, I usually go with the Hasbro version.
Not a fan of the Ginrai feet. But definitely getting it :D
Usually Taktom have more paint aps than Hasbro's which for me makes a big difference when they break up blocks of the same colour, or hubcaps on wheels.
I do not have any Titan Returns figures, but from what I've seen they take limited paint aps to a new low, so I worry that the Taktom version may only be equivalent to what we used to get from Hasbro.
