Depends on what parts are missing...
Assuming that he's in C7 condition or higher, it sounds about right. Good luck chasing down the other 10% though. It's ridiculous how many bits and pieces he comes with.Quote:

Hi all just joined the community and am a old school follower from G1 in Aus.
I was digging through some stuff the other day and found a complete in box (CIB) Breast wars.. believe it was something to do with japanese G1 transformers? Any ideas on value as I threw it up on a facebook page and my inbox got flooded :)

how much is the japanese classic version of the cyclonis mold of strafe? worth? it's the orange,white and red version with a gol,black and orange t/master.
I've only ever seen Henkei Strafe priced on eBay for more or less around $100 (MISB, price includes shipping to Australia). The majority of my collection are Classicsverse figures, but could never bring myself to actively search and acquire this guy as the mould is purely Cyclonus and no amount of paint will change that for me.Quote:

I could only find one potentially legit MISB sludge on eBay. it's G1 and $980. I think that's a bit rich. Given that the Classics are a bit newer, I suppose $600 or $700 might be a reasonable asking price but I personally couldn't justify it.
so around $1400 for the pair. but that sort of valuation depends entirely on finding someone with the cash and inclination to burn. I also have no idea how rare something like that is now, probably quite rare.
$180 for the silverbolt and maybe $250 for sludge would be amounts sellers and buyers should be happy with. Both have yellowed bubbles (cant tell if is affected the toys) and there are just not that many MISB classic collectors.

Not me I dislike them almost as much as I dislike anything ultra magnus - and that is alot! They are reissues, the boxes have no display appeal to me and the toys when compared to original release g1 feel different. Many are missing the metal parts the originals did, some even have their rubsign indent filled in, even the instructions dont look right. But thats just my opinion on them.Quote:
