I am really a little bit concerned that we will not be getting our orders at all, I mean how many emails in the backlog could there be? They apparently hired a whole new customer service department....what are those guys doing? This just isn't acceptable, I would ask for refunds for my pre orders but ofcourse it's done by email and even if you were lucky enough to get a response their site says they would only exchange anyway. Apparently KFC Ditka doesn't ship til June....seriously June?
