My SW box was delivered in a courier satchel. Nooooooooo. The wife sent photos showing busted corners and edges. :( it's not that much extra effort to place SW in a shipping box, is it?
Want to know if others received their online purchase in a satchel.

Ouch, that's some pretty bad damage to the boxes.

Wow Golden Phoenix that is heartbreaking box damage. Hopefully your soundwave is a model of excellent paint application to make up for it.
I think everyone learned a lesson from the MP10 mania, I was lucky and scored on the second supply, but yeah Soundwave looks like this is a once off :( A bit silly from a money making view if your name is Mr Hasbro.Quote:
