I-parcel is just a contract 3rd-party company that takes the orders, grabs the stock if it is still available (due to time delay, since they aren't TRU), and ships the stock... for a commission.
As such, they are impossible to contact or query about missing/out-of-stock items.
If MP Grimlock is now not working, perhaps they removed it's international-shipping status, to protect their sister TRU stores who are charging a lot more.
Could anyone please advise what platform (Windows/Mac) and which browser(s) they have successfully placed an order with Toys R Us on?
