I'd say more. I once sold a complete near-mint Action Masters Bombshell in an eBay auction that I started at $9.99 (so the market dictated the price) and it sold for $200AU. He's a well-known character and it's a rare Euro-Australasian exclusive, so if it's in good condition I'd personally pay up to $40. It's a nice toy.
