I was initially planning on getting Henkei Galvatron, but the plummeting AUD against the JPY made me change my mind... got Universe Galvatron tonight!

I agree with Paulbot, the orange really doesn't look so bad IRL compared to how it looks in photos.

I think it looks bad. I am also annoyed at the very flimsy plastic, its like a KO.

I bought it with the intention of painting the orange bits (which I am) but the flimsy plastic very much annoyed me as I didn't expect that.

Transfan morale going down....

He's got a bit of chrome showing from underneath the black paint on the otherside of his neck but it's really no biggy :)

kup: I don't find the plastic on my Universe Galvatron to be terribly poor, but it does seem to suffer the design 'flaw' of Star Wars/Crossovers TFs where there are certain swivel joints which pop off way too easily for no apparent reason. In this case, the swivel joint on the thighs... I've never really understood why they do that. I can't understand designing ball-and-socket joints to pop off... but simple swivel joints that aren't even part of a 'normal' body hinge (e.g.: shoulders, knees, elbows etc)? Yeah, that disappoints me. :/

Hoping my CC kit comes today, but knowing my luck it'll be early next week when no-one is home and it's meant to be raining!

I recieved my City Commander kit. I've been a lurker for so long but had to break the silence to thank Kyle for doing such a great job on organising this. Completely hassle free. Now I need a classics Ultra Magnus.

Also got SDCC Classics Nemesis Prime. (Up for trade if anybody has a spare magnus)

May i also inquire as to the location which the acid storms were obtained, as i have yet to stumble across one and would very much enjoy ones company in my humble dwelling. Due to my impending exams i have been unable to properly pursue the collection of this item, and with it not being spotted in my local village, am becoming quite bothered by its absense....

None in New Zealand either, but I suspect it would have been the last to go out since it was the biggest. Im not worried yet.

Those items came into my possession after a venture to a well-stocked establishment by the name of Toy Kingdom situated in the northern regions of our state. Though it was not my intent, I exhausted their entire supply of that which you most fervently desire. It is expressly indicated by the corporation Hasbro that in the third wave of this line dubbed "Universe 2.0". or Classics 2.0 if you will, that there will be two of the figure you so desire.
