Yay B.A.T!
Interestingly figures from this wave onward have a box at the top saying wether the figure is derived from the comic, toon or international release.
This is a fine toy!
Considering the size of it... it is very agile and moves like the on-screen Wall-E
You can program a sequence of up to 15 moves using the various buttons on the controller.
The controller has a "go straight", "rotate left 90 degrees", "rotate left 180 degrees", "rotate left 360", a bi-directional up (forward) down (rotate) stick, "movie quote", "eye lights", "recharge" (play only), "special move" and "dance move" buttons.
Sadly the arms can't be remote controlled but the tank threads movement is awesome (from grass to concrete, up a ramp then carpet)
The compactor doesn't open but it does have "movie-accurate" dirt all over the body! :)
highly recommended toy! :)
Just watched Wicked the Broadway Musical on Saturday and got these goodies:

I haven't seen any of this line in any stores at all...
So one day I was browsing the BBTS main page &... there they were... So I just had to add them to my loot :)

Feeling a tad poor now.
Welcome to the Wii fan club! Worth every cent!
Over the last couple of days:
- A duel line kite on Sunday, will try to learn how to do some tricks with it.
- Some blank DVD's on Sunday
- A teddy bear today as a present and photos.
DVDs
Rocky Horror Picture Show - I dont get the story at all :(
Monty Python's Holy Grail
2 Scented Oil diffusers
5 cans of Paint - now house is newly painted :D
3 large decorative wooden wall plaque's (carvings) - they were half priced at Target (50% from original)
nice one piratescratch!
good stuff on brawl. You now have many more games to get too- haha
component cables are a must if you have a hdtv. or it looks kinda crappy with the normal cables
I got me some Wii points today. Used them to get a couple of games. Pokemon Ranch, Defend the Castle and Bomberman Blast.
Pretty good stuff. Still got 500 points to spend though. Not to sure what game I want to get...
Where do you get Wii points from GP?
You can either buy 2000 Wii point card from a range of stores for about $35
But you can also buy them directly from the Wii Shopping Channel using your credit card. You can get 1000 for $15, 3000 for $45 or 5000 for $75. Much better then getting a Wii point card and you get them straight away. No having to visit the shops either.
I also advise getting them directly via credit card. Cheaper and quicker.
Alex the Kidd in miracle world is worth the 500 point if you had a Master System II back in the day, any NES game is also worth 500 points.
Really need Turtles in Time to be released on the virtual console (could actually play 4 player too!)

i got one of these recently too, except i got a hyper extension one, it seems to be a much sturdier design than the ones i saw like the one you got.. im sure yours is still great, but when you're 6 foot 2 or so and 90kgs, you want it to be able to stay together haha
this is the one i got
http://www.hyper-extension.com/database/files/p148.jpg
ha...ha...ha.. very funny..
haha its got the 4 premierships including the 1977 draw, so 5 discs..
teams with less premierships:
bulldogs 1
eagles 3
saints 1
port 1
lions 3
adelaide 1
freo 0
swans 4(3 as south melbourne)
granted, some of those clubs have only been around 20 years instead of our 100 haha, but we're doing alright :D
and whom do you go for? please don't say collingwod :p haha
A whole 4 Premierships??? Out of 100 years I guess that's not too bad at all. [/sarcasm]
Don't worry though...after relocation to Canberra or the Gold Coast there might be some more success for the Kangas.
As for Collingwood, they're equal on my s#!tlist with teams like Hawthorn and Geelong.
My first teams are South Mornington Tigers and Red Hill as they are who I played for.
In this league though I go for a team that's only won 16 Premierships....
http://img46.imageshack.us/img46/8535/prem1897yu5.jpg
now theres no need for sarcasm, we're doing ok... relocation doesn't look like it'll be on the cards for the time being seeing as GC17 are coming in and it looks like either west sydney or tasmania will be the second new team, and of course being a supporter i'm happier that they are staying in melbourne... the rest of my family go for essendon so i suppose you could say they are my second team, i don't mind them
Yeah the Bombers are a great team. Don't feel like you have to stay with North. Follow the family tradition and convert.
I'm hoping the next custom I have done will be a Classics/Universe Seeker in Essendon colours.
I tip my hat to that achievement ;) but you've gotta admit 11 premierships in-a-row by the Dragons ain't gonna be surpassed in a long time to come... :)
haha hmmm i don't think so, once you start barracking for a club, it just becomes ingrained and then that is the only club you can barrack for, well that's how i feel as i cant imagine barracking for anyone else..
once you know who you go for, you can't change, if you do, you're kidding yourself.. i've been barracking for north for as long as i can remember..
and pulse, that's quite an achievement, they didn't lose a home match for 13 seasons? wowa.. a shame they havn't won any premierships recently haha, maybe wayne bennett will take them to one? hmm
I'm still a Demons supporter these days but in years gone by, I've started to care less about barracking for a said club. Football clubs feel far too corporatised these days for me to give a stuff. Not even the players seem to give a crap about the club they play for these days. It's where the money is or where you were lucky enough to find a game.
In the Melbourne case, Stynes brought back a bit of passion from me but we'll see how long that lasts as the pessimist in me tells me where only starting to emerge from the honeymoon period with a new President.
Maybe we need a footy thread.........
My first parcel from Singapore, brought back in my suitcase.
