Where are people supposed to send their entries? Seeing as some may not want their personal details made public by posting in this thread, and you may not have a complete list of people's forum names to actual names after your Optimus Primal promotion...

They have an email address (cservice@premiumcollect.com.au) which might be better to use, as they might not be able to guess your account name/email from your ozformers account.
But I hope that they have a chance, as so many business competitions apply only to bricks and mortar. It'd be nice to see a local online store win.

That is true, though communication is a key element to customer service, especially after having to pay full price for a pre-order plus shipping.
It's now 5 days into May, and a simple email saying 'We've spoken to our supplier, the item seems to be taking longer than expected' is enough to satisfy any customer. Cant wait to get him!
