Premiumcollectables (PC) (Australia) feedback

Current outstanding orders:
FT Grinder
TW Primorion
MP Grapple
MAS Optimus (apparently supplier shortage or PC allowed too many orders who knows).
And a few other third party figures yet to be released.

I think I wont be ordering from them anymore. Given the amount of complaints a release date timetable would make sense at this point. Their weekly updates dont even include items people are waiting for and even their updates are delayed...which is kind of funny. It's becoming apparent to me the CSR responding to emails is just there to respond to emails instead of giving any kind of ETA you can count on. It all seems very dodgy.

My Grapple is order #9208 so only a dozen after yours, i would think i would have it now or get it soon since its not an exclusive item and there are lots around. I may use my energon points to buy an in stock item and see when/if that arrives.

I did that already. Ordered Friday Monday shipped Tuesday arrived.
So save it.

I think they used the wrong excuse hoping the shipment will arrive just to keep people happy. What they need to realized is when information is wrong or needs to be rectified they need to say so. If I know a shippment is coming I wont say end April will ship, I will say we are expecting the shipment to arrive by end April and ship asap.

Its one of those things, I already predicted this outcome way in the past before even updates page was introduced. Once PC doesn't fulfill what they said people will be angry. And this is exactly that.

Interesting, I placed mine about 2 hrs later #9276 ... wonder when mine will ship considering your order was filled way back in March O_O

I think this thread might turn into a thread listing any updates / communications from PC :D
