Hey guys, don't forget there's a thread for non-Transformers acquisitions here. :)
Anyway, I scored a free giant TF poster from Jayjay's today and I caved in and got RotF Preview Bumblebee which is five flavours of crap.

And I also found a place to keep my new 1.2mx2.1m poster! ;)

Awesome work in acquiring the poster from jayjays dude, but where you have it hanged right now is just wasteful....thats cringe worthy having it all covered up.....what happened to your plan of hanging over the windows for all to see? or is it really susceptible to fading and sun damage??
So who'd you have to sweet talk/annoy till they caved to get the poster Gok? :p
Usually the JayJays staff take your number to get rid of you then just throw the things out!
Yeah, I did try that at first but some problems arose...Quote:

But with window hangings I can only attach it from the top and I don't feel like drilling holes in my ceiling to attach hooks. All my other walls are covered with shelves and other posters so yeah, it was the most uncluttered available wall space I could find!
2/ Unlike the other hangings I have, this poster is also really thick so it doesn't let any light in - which is a good thing, but can also be a bad thing because sometimes when I'm in the room during the day time I do like to open the blind and let some light in. I also open the window to let some air in which helps keep dust down. On really windy days my Dinobots hanging waves about quite crazily - but with a really solid poster like that I'm afraid that a strong wind would just rip if off sending it crashing down and, in the right direction, possibly taking some toys down along the way.
I personally really like the look of it as "wallpaper" :)
As for the sun-fading protection issue, I have an Optimus Prime towel somewhere... I guess I'm gonna have to whip that out and use it as a drape. Either that or get some fabric and iron on some TF images to it.
Picked up the Empire Magazine featuring TF2 - ROTF. Man it's freakin $9 and only had like 3-4 pages worth of TF2 information. Ah well, the things we buy for being a TF fan... And animated Wreck-gar promoting the mag.
