I used to do a bit of stencil graffiti art and was going through a bit of a superhero stencil phase when I decided to do a series of transformer stencils. I was searching for an image of Prime when I came across the then just released Masterpiece Prime MP01. I bought one, bought some other TFs, joined this board and forgot all about stencil art and bonsai and decided that customising transformers would be my new hobby. They're all very similar hobbies.... intricate and detailed and I find them all very theraputic.

Stencil art is how I rediscovered transformers and so I wanted to sound like a stencil making machine... hence STENCILATOR!

That is a really cool story. So i take it the TF stencils were never finished. Would be great to see some of your work.

I'm sure I could dig some out. They would be well buried though.

Karnivool is a local band in Perth that I grew up listening to. The 8 represents the oo stacked on-top of each other and Prime is the rank (TFA) that I gave myself

When i chose my username, i didn't know how 'Hi-Q' was spelt. :D
So yeah, named after the humanoid who is binary bonded to Optimus Prime. My other choices were Ginrai, Skids or Death's Head.

People can ask to have their names changed or altered if they want. You just have to remember to log in with the new name next time.
