No wonder takara just wanted to offload this crappy batch

Strip him down and repaint him as long as there is no missing parts.
its hasbro quality crappy paint basically.
its like the paint machine went haywire and couldn't control its skeeting.
*edit* its not that bad, just doesn't completely follow the lines and isn't as clean.
