Also, I might not agree/disagree with everything, but my most 'base' standard when buying from an Australian retailer/e-tailer is that there shouldn't even be a 'risk', especially when you're buying general stock (and not even e-hobby variants or whatever else). Yes, delays can happen and yes, deadlines cannot be met. That being said, when a company isn't clear with it's communications and routinely fails to follow through with their own intentions (failing to ship within the 10 days they say they will, or not following through on options they give you, etc), guess what? People are going to be annoyed and upset, especially when said company wants to engage with those sorts of communities.
As for 'voting with your wallet', that's all well and good. You cannot, however, expect anyone to improve if you cannot articulate your issues. This is undoubtedly made harder when you have people adamantly defending poor business practice and shielding PC from this sort of behavior.
I'm not going to argue this with you people (you know who you are) but this'll be the last time I post in this thread because as of now, barring what I've already paid for, I'm not going to bother with PC any longer. It's clear in the last year they have no intention of changing because their poor behavior which is aided and abetted by others.
