Why is it on some forums, that ethics and decency go right out the window the moment its trolls get bored and who then seem to get a free pass to do so (not naming said Star Wars forum as per forum rules)?
It honestly makes you get "over" posting on forums real fast.
F@#@ just found out my car could cost up to $1500 to fix:mad::mad::mad::mad:
Grr misplaced a transformer where the heck are you superion? Yep heaps to vent about here :D
Stoopid rassen frassen house and the stoopid rassen frassen builders.. with all there promishes and all their assurances and all theirs Guarentees that the house will be ready with more then enough time before my wedding to do a few post construction things (like carpet, tiles, driveway, wardrobe fit out and blinds) to day they reach the lovely number of 50 day pas the contracted completion date and they still cannot give us a date for handover...
11 days till i get married and have no where to live!!
Stupid Metricon
Sorry to hear that, I believe builders are notorious for not meeting their deadlines here in Oz.
I completely agree with UltraMarginal on here, I'm sorry to hear Sharky as your Blog hasn't been a particularly happy one for a while. :(
Honestly, builders and their industry whine about not having enough work and money, yet they pull this sort of S#$%?
Is it any wonder why Home Ownership in Australia tends to be such a harrowed experience for people, in many ways I'm kind of glad I'm a very long way of it.
(And yet, I hate that that is the case too... :()
Sharky sounds like he has a case that could make good headlines in A Current Affairs, Today Tonight etc.
Aren't the builders legally obliged to complete construction by the quoted date? Or have you agreed to some sort of T&C that has voided this? (I'm going to assume the latter)
the Contract protects the builder they can extend the deadline due to rain days or "unforseen circumstances" they claim lost time rain days on days they worked and were not effected byt the weather at all just because "they can"
it doesnt matter tho the builder had more then enough adequate time to complete the house it is just their own incompotence and poor time management that has caused the delays..
its frustrating that they can not be honest with us either...
