Bloody hell. Funny that security tagging this $75 item just ensured that the only people (hardcore collectors for whom the box condition matters) who would otherwise buy it wouldn't. Doubt a casual collector would pay this much for a G1 OP.Quote:

BigW are notorious for pulling out a peg full, and then putting the rest of the box out the back. Should be 8 per box, 2 of each, and likely packed together, so half the box is 2 figs, and the rest of the selection slumbers still
Grrrr. I specifically asked some staff (who were unpacking boxes of toys) if they had more that they just hadn't put out. Should have known they were the don't-give-a-f*** sort... Guess I might swing by again today on my way to another errand.
Yesterday I saw one ER Airwave at Kmart Southland and today I saw the TF section at Kmart Parkmore starting to look bare. It looks like new stock will be arriving.
At K-mart Brandon Park I saw one each of the following ER figures:

I wonder if it is just another case of toyworld releasing stock as soon as they get it instead of holding it for a set release date.

They did however have two Scorponok on the shelf ($300 each)

Eastland Toyworld had a few cases of Studio Series 86 Voyagers today but going fast. Also had DOTM Leader Shockwave, something I’ve rarely seen in stores. The Kmart there was stripped very bare other than a heap of Warrior class Slipstreams, a Cyberverse Deluxe Arcee and some RescueBot stuff. Slipstream’s are everywhere - Big W had a heap of a larger/gimmicky version of her. Nothing else good there.
Was Shockwave found before? I don't have it noted anywhere, and I think we didn't get that wave here (from the end of 2019)... which had Scavenger released with Shockwave, but Scavenger didn't get seen here until September this year when Overload was being sighted (so I thought it must have been re-released with Overload).Quote:

Wow, first I hear of Shockwave at retail. The wave was Scavenger and Shockwave so that makes sense. Could be wrong but feel like SS44 Optimus never made it to stores.

At Myers, SS-22, 57, 62, 63 and multiple Earthrise Ironworks.
No SS-86 items in Toyworld and nothing else worth reporting there.
