The Jap version colours are very similar to the KO toy which appeared some time ago. The wings detach from the KO, but probably not from this one if it is just repainted :(
I still like our classics Megs though, even if he looks like a homeless Freck!
PS. For those who were wondering, Freck is a place in Romania. I guess a homeless person from near the place of count Dracula could have green wings :)
