That's interesting. It's nice to see them releasing images that were shown at their BotCon panel.
Just to clarify, the images actually show the first three waves of Generations (the facebook page only says the first two).
Wave 1 - Jazz, Optimus, Shockwave (August)
Wave 2 - Blastoff, Onslaught, Brawl, Vortex, Swindle (Oct)
Wave 3 - Ultra Magnus, Insecticon, Starscream, Sideswipe, Fireflight (2013)
A long time between waves, considering how frequent the Movie and TFPrime waves come out.

So the first three waves of Generations is going to be completely FOC? Not that I mind mind you, but 2013 seems a long way off considering how the other two only have a month in between them. I just hope the line doesn't fade away like the end of most of ours do.Quote:

Ultra Magnus looks really good. There's more than one kitbash I've seen using the same idea so I'm glad they went for that instead of just doing it up in white.
Sideswipe is an impressively extensive retool of Jazz, though which I appreciate the effort I'm not sure I'm a fan of the execution (or the massive gun).
Starscream looks great though, I'll definitely be picking one or two of those up.
They don't seem to be bothering to integrate weapons into the alt modes anymore. I started to see that in the DOTM line and it now seems even more blatantly obvious here.Quote:

Just had a look at starscream and I've changed my mind about him. He looks to bulky in robot mode. I thought the same of him and the other seekers in WFC Think I'll pass on him.
And a sword just doesn't suit ultra magnus. He's a soldier. He needs a rifle.
