Now, all I need is a blue ray player and a high definition TV... :o

Haha yes I tend to have to agree. Blu-Ray is just awesome and those with Blu-Ray 3D even more though I'll have to assume as I don't have a 3D Blu-Ray player. We're just using our PS3 for the blu-ray.

There are no benefits for me personally in favour of a bluray. Dvds are cheaper and they wont be dead like VHS for probably at least another decade. $60 is just out of my price range for Prime bluray. Will wait for a cheaper dvd version.

Dont really understand why, but not arguing, i picked up bluray prime s1 for 28 at robina jbhifi, think it may have been linked with darkness rising. Maybe the sale kicked in early?
Who knows. Thought id share the good luck. It was labelled 59

Don't worry dude, I too still love DVDs & will continue to buy them; If something comes out that is offered on both formats though, I'll weigh the pair and see which I'll get the most 'bang for my buck' with - TF: Prime seems to just be better for me on Blu-Ray of which I have a copy secured for Wednesday. ;):cool:

Watched some of it today and it looks fantastic on Blu Ray. The level of detail is amazing. Even has some good extras and commentaries on all episodes.

ive got a new jb opening up here in the next few days soooooo i might take advantage of the opening specials and pick me up a copy :):)

The exclusive SKU could mean their edition of the collection has something special about it, like a steelbook cover, etc, that necessitates the different SKU.

I've never checked if that's the done thing with Blur-Ray/DVD.
