I like the look of it, but I will have to see how my funds go to whether I can afford him or not.
An update via TFormers, with prototype not-Razorclaw compared against Hercules Structor. If Razorclaw is almost voyager sized, and the other not-Predacons are deluxe sized, then this not-Predaking should be roughly taller than Maketoys Giant/FP Colossus.

I am sorry new dudes but judging by their Tantrum, MMC wins hands down. Those toys look too geewun for me.
I have no problem with a well executed geewun update, however Razorclaw looks compromised by combined form and gimmick. I'm guessing his big torso contains batteries for the light up lion eyes. it's a nifty gimmick but it makes the robot mode look awkward. The arms lack a bit of detail too.
I don't think he looks that bad, but at the moment Masterminds Tantrum is bringing a bit more to the table.
Pre-order for War Hawk/not-Divebomb is up on BBTS.
As their size scaling is in line with TFC Hercules, price pointing is also at that same level -- not-Divebomb is $95, so the full set is likely be over $500 as not-Razorclaw is a larger fig.
Also revealed is not-Divebomb's alt mode (via BBTS):

Only $74.90 at RK and they have bot mode, alt mode, arm mode and arm attached to not-razorclaw/Predaking torso

MMC still looks better IMO, but the UT take looks pretty sweet too - I kinda want both sets now but can't really justify the expense yet.
