I think that translation was regarding another "leaked text" that one of the TFW2005 members posted as a joke ;)

Someone on MacrossWorld said that it was an email in english to Takara saying to stop watching porn and make Megatron MP-25, which was then put through google translate.

The new rumour floating around is MP-25 & MP-26 is Ratchet & Ironhide.
