I've wanted to participate for years now, but I've been told by HR that participating would be against company policy and that I cannot participate this year. However they are looking into relaxing the policy for next year, and perhaps even making an office comp of it in 09.
Probably a good thing, my mo' growing capabilities are nowhere near as good as my amazing beard and sideburn growing skills.
