Thanks rampagesss... Glad you like this. The head I worked with a customiser and got the head molded from a guy called Griffith76 for Ironhide and then did my own customisation to make it Ratchet.
He did a great job on it. I will aim to provide update. I will probably make some progress on Galvy soon.
Here are the early attempts of the Alt mode. Doesnt look like much but gives you guys an idea.

There are still alot to do:
Grapple:
Install new wheels for a larger truck and reposition
Install and secure the crane
Install doors and hinges to open in transformed mode
NOTE: The transformed mode sees this truck with Prime legs extended so its longer and depicts a nice crane feel to it.
Ratchet:
This is a lot more work.
- Install casing for the back and cutting to slip on the cab
- Install windows
- Build new panels on side and top of vehicle to replect a van
- May need to install new wheels
I think that should be all that needs to be done.
Here is an update on Ratchet. I changed the back and added a new electrical light. The lights have 4 sounds.

I am cutting the pieces to go into position now. Only the lights are visible. The battery unit and the buttons to activate the sound are hidden. This will be in my next update.
Here's tonight's update.
Got the light in finally.

Hope you guys like it.
Love the use of lego!
erm is that tupperware?
That SO is tupperware....
very resourceful Kelvin.
Its certainly faster than scratchbuilding using styrene sheets....
Ah hehehe... you guys got me... Found this tupperware and thought I would give it a go. Since I needed the rounded edging. But never fear, I am about to cut it all apart as I am torn from doing just a cap or making it transformable. Also the cab front I am not happy with so will go back to the drawing board. Though it looks good in bot mode, its making the alt mode cumbersome. The light will stay though.. hehe.
This is what I am gunning for now.

Hi guys,
Quick update. Decided to get rid of the tupper and go for a scratch to give it justice.
Here is an update. The progress of course has slowed down due to individual pieces needing to be pieced together. Its turning out better than I expected with the level of details. Dont worry about the bottom of the frontage, a bumper still needs to go on that.

The door, and back hatch to access the lights and mirrors are all articulated to bend and swing out.
