Hey why are some sections unavailable for me to access on the board?

A number of sections are for the senior members who have been here for a while.

welcome counter punch im new to like you i only collect what i like mainly henkei/classics, animated, beastwars, mighty muggs and rotfs. hope you fit in just right. im still kinda fitting in myself, hehehe but hey i assure you will have fun. and there are alot of people who are willing to help you with anything here so yeah. again welcome
