I've personally never been a fan of movie TFs in G1 colours. And I agree that the G1 Constructicons' colours, as a set, is bland. I actually prefer the original Diaclone colours for those toys, and the movie Constructicons are more reminscent of that!
i recon it looks good, its my favourite toy colour
but i think this is one those topics where everyone is going to have a difference in oppinion
Looks great but I'll be sticking with the movie accurate constructicons. Who wants just one G1 repainted constructicon? All or nuthin baby! Mind you even then I wouldn't buy 'em. :p
I can acctuly stand the vehical mode for mixmaster, it's the robot mode that the colours get to me.
I've never really had a problem with g1 recolours if the suit the toy(such as the possiable repaint of soundwave) but in this case while I do see the retail value for G1 purists I think the toy is rather ugly and candy-ish. And being a voyager, it seems like a lot to pay for a recolour of a toy that seems perfectly fine as it is.
