I am inclined to say no. This is essentially the Hasbro release with Japanese stickers.

Haven't seen him yet. I got spooked when Mindwipe was released (wave 7) and Bludgeon is wave 6 so I just got Tomy Takara version from ebay AUD$39.99 + AUD$15.00 postage. I can live with that.
