yup, good quality plastic, the joints for it is actually ball joints hence the poseability for the hip, but, as for why they charge so much, (Im guessing only) they prolly know that like how the City commander was this add-onn they made will be sought after by the fans.Quote:

So even with the articulation balancing him for poses will be tricky, if not frustrating at times. Aesthetics wise it still makes Dev look at par with the other combiners with a working, perceivable thigh. :D When you think about though, even without the old original plate thigh Dev tends to keel over if not properly balanced, so no improvement on that part.:(
